Bill Lavin (R), the Grand Marshal of the
2007 Union County St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and Marylou Lenahan of the parade committee present a
check to student president Leandro Zaneti (L) and vice president Freddy Sanchez
of St. Mary of the Assumption High School in Elizabeth. St. Mary’s won the
2007 Union County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Participation Award. The award is based on the highest
participation of students gathered to represent their school in the annual
parade.
